GOLDEN HOUR, 2025
Site-specific glass installation commissioned for a private office in New York City.
Golden hour is the moment when the day exhales. Light stretches itself thin across the world, softening edges, dissolving distances, and revealing colors that exist only in this brief in-between. It is the hour when shadows lengthen like memories, when the ordinary becomes tender, and time feels suspended.
Golden Hour (2025) brings that sensation into a space of daily movement and transition. As people pass through the office, the work offers a subtle shift in atmosphere—a momentary change in light, color, and perception. Encountered in motion, the installation invites a brief pause within the rhythm of the day, suggesting that even in the busiest environments there are opportunities to notice, reflect, and move forward with a little more presence.
